Billy Kneubühl, born in 1975, brings over 20 years of international leadership experience across enterprise technology, cloud transformation, and large-scale sales organizations. With a strong foundation in engineering and technology, he has built deep expertise in enterprise software, go-to-market strategy, and organizational transformation.

Billy began his career in engineering before joining IBM Switzerland, where he spent more than a decade in senior leadership roles across Switzerland, DACH, and the Middle East. He ultimately served as Head of the Technology Unit Software and Member of the Board of IBM Switzerland, leading large-scale transformations, integrating cloud and analytics businesses, and managing complex multi-country organizations.

In 2022, Billy joined Oracle as Country Leader for Switzerland and Vice President Cloud for Switzerland and Austria, where he led the transition to a cloud-first operating model and represented all Oracle business lines in the Swiss market.

Billy holds an Executive MBA from Henley Management College (University of Reading, UK) and an MSc in Communication and Information Technology from ZHAW, along with additional executive education in board governance. He lives in Switzerland, is married with two children, and is a passionate cyclist with a strong interest in aviation.
