Daniel Stumm, born in 1977, brings deep procurement experience of close to 20 years across a spectrum of consulting and leadership roles.

He started his career in the automotive industry in Germany and then joined IBM in Switzerland to work as supply chain and procurement consultant across several industries. Before joining Chain IQ, he was the CPO Indirect Spend at ABB, managing global indirect procurement teams with an annual spend of over 4 billion US dollars in a highly decentralized set-up. Daniel joined Chain IQ in June 2022 as a proven transformation manager in several industries. His industrial background in innovative set-ups and deep procurement knowledge drives the performance of Chain IQ’s sourcing team to benchmark cross-industry levels.

Daniel holds an MBA from Julius-Maximilians-Universität, Würzburg (Germany).

He lives in Switzerland, is married, and has three children.
