Daniela Dinallo brings more than 15 years of international experience in procurement operations, business transformation, and managed services across global organizations. Throughout her career, she has led large-scale operational and digital transformation programs, helping organizations improve performance, drive innovation, and create sustainable value.

Daniela has a proven track record in building and scaling high-performing operations, implementing technology-driven transformation, and leading complex international teams. She combines deep operational expertise with a strong focus on innovation, leveraging automation, AI, and data-driven decision-making to enhance efficiency, strengthen service delivery, and accelerate business outcomes.

Before joining Chain IQ in 2026, Daniela spent more than 15 years at Accenture, where she most recently served as Managing Director EMEA Source to Pay Procurement. In this role, she led large procurement operations across Europe, oversaw major transformation initiatives, and played a key role in shaping procurement technology and AI roadmaps. She is known as a pragmatic and trusted leader with a strong focus on execution, innovation, and talent development.

Daniela holds a Master’s degree in European Studies from LUISS Guido Carli University in Rome and a Master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations from the University of Bologna. Originally from Italy, she is based in Switzerland and is passionate about building high-performing teams and driving innovation in procurement and business services.
