Dr. Peppi Schnieper, born in 1977, is a seasoned manager and brings broad experience of almost 20 years in strategy consulting, advising international financial services companies in value creation through profitable growth, digital transformation, and efficiency improvement. A special focus is with crypto and digital asset strategies for both private banks as well as financial market infrastructure. He is passionate about the metaverse with a major focus on superior and integrated business models.

Before joining Chain IQ and the CC Trust Group, Peppi held various senior leadership positions and was a partner at Bain & Company, where he was a member of the EMEA financial services leadership team, a member of the global leadership team, head for EMEA wealth and asset management, and a member of the financial market infrastructure sub-practice group. Before that, he was a partner at EY, led the strategy consulting practice for EY Switzerland, and was a member of the global wealth and asset management leadership team.

Peppi holds a PhD in strategic, knowledge, and change management as well as a master’s degree in strategy and organization from the University of St. Gallen, Switzerland.

He lives in Switzerland, is married, and has three children.
