Chain IQ Group AG appoints Michèle Sutter-Rüdisser to its Board of Directors

Chain IQ Group AG is pleased to announce the appointment of Michèle Sutter-Rüdisser to its Board of Directors effective August 22, 2023.   This appointment underscores Chain IQ’s continued commitment to strengthening governance, driving strategic growth, and creating long-term value for its stakeholders.

Michèle Sutter-Rüdisser is a distinguished expert in Organizational Control and Governance, bringing a wealth of academic and professional experience to the Chain IQ Board. In 2022, she was appointed Director of the Network for Innovative Corporate Governance (NICG) at the University of St. Gallen. Since 2018, she has served as Adjunct Professor for Organizational Control and Governance at the School of Management, University of St. Gallen, and since 2011, as Visiting Professor at Università SDA Bocconi in Milan. 

Beyond academia, Michèle holds several board positions, including at Erste Group Bank AG, Vienna, Helsana AG, Chur and Zurich and Graubündner Kantonalbank. She is also a sought-after speaker and contributor to national and international panels. Her experience in executive and doctoral education further enhances her ability to bring valuable insight and strategic perspective to Chain IQ. 

Michèle Sutter-Rüdisser holds a PhD and a Licentiate in Business Administration, Economics, Law, and Social Sciences from the University of St. Gallen, both awarded with honours.
