Nicole Patsch holds a Law Degree from the University of Bonn (Germany) and from the Université de Lyon (France) and is admitted to the Bar of the District Court Stuttgart. In addition to that, she has successfully completed an executive education program at London Business School.

Nicole has over 20 years of experience in legal and compliance as well as in sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and executing business transformation initiatives in financial industries. Before joining UBS at the end of 2012, she had worked for 18 years at Credit Suisse in various leadership and management roles within legal and compliance, supply management, and IT, heading teams of up to 120 employees.
