Tim Paridaens is an entrepreneurial technology leader with more than 25 years of international experience in IT strategy, innovation, and digital transformation. Based in Belgium, Tim has held key leadership roles across global organizations and is recognized for his ability to drive technology-enabled transformation at scale.

Previously, Tim held senior technology leadership roles at Deloitte, where he led major innovation and transformation initiatives. He jointly built and scaled the Tech Tank innovation incubator and served as leader of GenAI service delivery transformation in Deloitte Belgium and EMEA, key highlights being the creation of innovation labs such as Nzyme and Nexus, and leading teams in IoT deployments across manufacturing, logistics, and utilities sectors.

Tim’s expertise spans IoT, generative AI and AI agents, data platforms, cloud strategy, and enterprise architecture. He has successfully led cross-functional initiatives that deliver innovation, accelerate growth, and align technology with strategic business outcomes. His leadership has been instrumental in engagements focused on smart supply chains, AI and data engineering, and emerging technology platforms, working closely with strategic partners including IBM, Microsoft, AWS, Google Cloud, Snowflake and Red Hat.

Renowned for bridging the gap between business and IT, Tim excels at building consensus among stakeholders, establishing value-driven roadmaps, and engineering scalable, high-performing digital platforms—even within complex, siloed environments. He is also a prominent leader in innovation programs, engineering talent development, and industry summits focused on digital transformation.

Tim holds a Bachelor of Applied Information Technology and has completed several executive education programs in leadership, innovation, and digital strategy. His development has been shaped by advising enterprise clients, mentoring future leaders, and contributing to leadership initiatives in the Deloitte EMEA University programs.

Outside of work, Tim is a dedicated father, enthusiastic cyclist and runner, and amateur photographer. He previously served as President of Junior Chamber International Aalst, where he championed youth leadership and community engagement.
