Vijoy Varghese, born in 1975 in India and now based in Singapore, graduated in 1997 from the Calicut Regional Engineering College in Kerala, India and holds a Bachelor of Technology.

Vijoy can draw on over 20 years of experience in information technology and business process outsourcing (BPO) in Asia, Europe, and North America. He has led, managed, and grown business with global, regional, and local customers in various sectors, including financial services, insurance, telecoms, retail, and manufacturing in his career to date.

In his last position, Vijoy led Genpact’s BPO & Technology division across Asia Pacific, including Japan and India.
