Walter Stürzinger was born in 1955.

After more than 40 years of experience in banking, working in various senior executive roles and serving as a member of the Group Executive Board at UBS, he took the seat of Vice-Chairman and Group CEO of an international food ingredients supplier, a family-owned business, established in Switzerland in 1920.

Walter Stürzinger also holds positions on boards of Swiss and international companies and works as a senior advisor for a large primary private equity fund. Furthermore, he is an active investor in start-up and real estate projects.

Walter Stürzinger lives in Herrliberg, Zurich. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer).
